Before she would take a single client, Monica set one rule for herself: be excellent first. “If I don't do a good job, I won't do the business,” she says. So she traveled — to Vietnam, then Georgia — to train in the head spa technique under different teachers and learn various methods. Then she flew her trainer to Hamilton three separate times to train her entire team to the same standard. Only then did Majestic 1 Head Spa open its doors.
